Bully McDreamy eats humble pie to revive career

BEFORE his character Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd was killed off, actor Patrick Dempsey reportedly had turned the Grey’s Anatomy set into a nightmare with his power-play antics — and now sources say his new comeback role as a cop is his last shot at saving his career. The 58-year-old stars as Miami Police Homicide Chief Aaron Spencer in the new TV series Dexter: Original Sin, a prequel to the super-hit Showtime serial killer drama that ran red with blood for eight seasons. The handsome hunk had become TV’s biggest heart-throb during his 10-year Grey’s run, and it apparently went to his noggin!
