Woman burns to death as suspect fans flames

ILLEGAL immigrant Sebastian Zapeta-Calil cruelly set a sleeping woman ablaze on a New York City subway car — and the savage sicko even fanned the flames as the fatal inferno burned the victim alive, lawmen say. Debrina Kawam, 57, had briefly been in the Big Apple’s homeless shelter system and was snoozing on a train days before Christmas as it pulled into its last stop in Brooklyn’s Coney Island neighborhood. But prosecutors charge that’s when the fiendish fire-bug from Guatemala used a lighter to ignite Debrina’s clothing — and stayed on the scene to gawk at her painful death!
