Pants-less splasher cops a plea

AN ALABAMA man who made a splash by diving naked into an aquarium tank at a sporting goods outlet has made a plea deal that might help get him out of hot water! Court records show George Owens, 43 — who cannon-balled twice into a tank at a Bass Pro Shop in Leeds in January 2024 while cops tried to fish him out — pleaded guilty to several criminal counts and has entered a pretrial program for troubled veterans that could leave his case high and dry. Video of Owens frolicking among the fish in his birthday suit went viral, including him cursing and fighting the officers who tried to handcuff him. Cops say the fishy experience caused $3,500 in damages to a light pole outside, where Owens earlier crashed his Chevy pickup…
