01 Prepare your worktop Make sure your work surface is clean and completely dry, then lightly dust it with flour. If you don’t want to knead your dough on the worktop, use baking parchment. 02 Create a ball With clean hands, coated in a light layer of flour, place your dough in a ball on the worktop to begin kneading. If it’s the right consistency it shouldn’t stick to your hands. 03 Knead and turn Begin kneading by flattening the ball of dough and folding it in half and pushing it down with the heel of your hands.
