CAN YOU ONLY GET 2K? The HDMI port you have the console connected to might not be 4K-compatible, most TVs only have one or two ports that are actually enabled for 4K. Check your manual and find out which inputs allow 4K. Make sure you use a high-speed HDMI cable – one comes packaged with the PS4 Pro. IS YOUR FIRMWARE UP TO DATE? Check that the software on the TV, console and the game is all up to date. Some TVs aren’t HDR-compatible out of the box, they have to be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network and download an update before it can work.
