Three Tips Starting Out as a Freelancer

Adrien Lemaire is a freelance content and PR manager who lives and works in Lille, France. Originally from a marketing background, Adrien is still relatively new to freelancing, having just started in September. It's a great time to be a freelancer in France as it becomes an increasingly popular way of working. Adrien hopes to experiment with combining work and travel in 2024 though, and start making the most out of having the flexibility to travel outside peak seasons, enjoying less crowded destinations and lower costs. 1. Network, Network, Network, I regularly attend conferences and networking events. I recently went to the Free-up Festival, an event in Paris dedicated to freelancers.
