Howdy Freelancer Magazine Community Member, This magazine wouldn’t exist without copywriters for many reasons, the main one being that I would probably never even have been part of a freelance community if an ex-colleague (hey Dills )hadn’t recommended me for a freelance copywriting job at lastminute.com before I even knew what a copywriter was. When they asked me in for a meeting, I dashed to the social media platform formerly known as Twitter and typed “copywriter” into the search bar. There I didn’t only find out what a copywriter was (phew) but unearthed a treasure trove of the friendliest folk I’d ever met (hey #ContentClubUK ), many of whom became friends and our biggest mag fans.
