Adam Jennings is based in Hitchin, just north of London, UK, where he lives with his wife, daughter and very newly arrived baby boy. When he’s not on paternity leave, he runs a design studio and is trying his best to only work with clients who light a fire inside him.

What do you do? I’m a designer and brand strategist. I mostly help breathe new life into established businesses struggling to scale. I create strategic roadmaps that give clarity and direction and design logos and brand identities that serve a purpose rather than being solely aesthetic. I work with founders and teams that are excited to think differently. Outside of that, I spend my time mountain biking, climbing and surfing, although I don’t find time to do any of them as much as I’d like these days! How long have you been doing what you do?
