L’inferno di Hiroshima e Nagasaki raccontato attraverso gli occhi di Tsutomu Yamaguchi, uno dei pochi sopravvissuti a entrambe le esplosioni nucleari del 1945.

CURIOSO PER CASO Il premio Nobel per la pace 2024 è stato assegnato all’organizzazione Nihon Hidankyo (diretta da Toshiyuki Mimaki 5), che riunisce tutte le associazioni di sopravvissuti alle bombe atomiche e all’idrogeno (quindi sia alle due storiche esplosioni di Hiroshima e Nagasaki sia ai test eseguiti in varie parti del pianeta). In giapponese i sopravvissuti alla bomba sono detti hibakusha e il più famoso di tutti è certamente Tsutomu Yamaguchi (1). L’inferno. Il 6 agosto del 1945 Yamaguchi, giovane ingegnere della Mitsubishi, è in viaggio di lavoro a Hiroshima e alle 8:15, quando sta per scendere da un tram, sente il rombo di un aereo.
