Schönes entdecken und mir etwas Gutes tun

Lange war das Fotografieren für den 1982 in Bad Hersfeld geborenen Matthias Heiderich nur ein Hobby. "Ich habe Computerlinguistik studiert und nur hier und da mal Bilder gemacht. Doch je mehr ich übers Fotografieren lernte, desto langweiliger wurde der Gedanke, mein Leben lang in einem Büro zu arbeiten.“ Anfang der 2000er begann Matthias seine Aufnahmen auf Fotoplattformen wie Flickr und Behance zu veröffentlichen. Dort zog seine klare und ruhige Bildsprache schnell die Aufmerksamkeit von Zeitschriften und Galerien auf sich.
