TEXT FEN VERSTAPPEN

Süß mit säuerlichen Aromen, saftig und unglaublich frisch schmeckt der Apfel. Mit meinem Freund sitze ich dick eingemummelt auf einem Baumstamm – Pause beim Sonntagsspaziergang. Ich war so damit beschäftigt, die Natur zu betrachten und einen Rhythmus im Gehen zu finden, dass ich nicht gemerkt habe, wie hungrig ich bin. Weil wir nur einen Apfel eingesteckt haben, teilen wir. Ich esse meine Hälfte ganz langsam und merke, wie eine Mischung aus Glück, Zufriedenheit und Energie meinen Körper flutet. UNNÜTZES WISSEN? Ich esse nicht immer so bewusst. Im Alltag schiebe ich mir öfter einen Riegel Schokolade oder eine Handvoll Erdnüsse in den Mund. Manchmal checke ich auch beim Mittagessen nebenher Mails. Klar weiß ich, dass das nicht optimal ist, aber an stressigen Tagen kriege ich es oft nicht anders hin. Und…
