Fast jeden Morgen beginne ich den Tag mit Freewriting: Ich bringe meine Gedanken zu Papier, ohne zu reflektieren, ohne Struktur, ohne Pausen, ohne den Stift wegzulegen. In der Regel fülle ich drei Seiten, schnell und krakelig, da meine Hand oft nicht mit meinem Gedankenstrom Schritt halten kann. Oder ist es umgekehrt? Ja, manchmal schon. Dann habe ich das Gefühl, dass meine Hand die Führung übernimmt und mir die Gedanken aus dem Kopf zieht. Mal schreibe ich über Konkretes, dann wieder über etwas, was mich beschäftigt. Das ist das Schöne daran: Beim Freewriting geht es nämlich nicht darum, etwas möglichst Sinnvolles zu Papier zu bringen, sondern seinen Gedanken einfach nur freien Lauf zu lassen.
