» WORIN LIEGT DER UNTERSCHIED ZWISCHEN SCHWIMMEN IN DER NATUR UND IM SCHWIMMBAD? Es fühlt sich ganz anders an: Wenn ich in einem See schwimme, bin ich Teil der Natur. Unter mir tauchen Fische, ich beobachte Enten, die auf dem Wasser dümpeln, das Ufer ist von Pflanzen gesäumt. Vielleicht sehe ich sogar, wie ein Eisvogel übers Wasser fliegt. Für einen Moment bin ich eins mit allem, was dort lebt. Das ist für mich nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Bad in Chlorwasser. In Seen zu schwimmen ist übrigens etwas ganz anderes als Freiwasserschwimmen in großen Flüssen oder im Meer. Dafür braucht man viel Körperbeherrschung, Kraft und Ausdauer.
