Es gibt viele Gründe, beunruhigt zu sein: wegen des Jobs, Beziehungen, der momentanen Weltlage. Wie wir es schaffen, uns nicht im Sorgenkarussell zu verfangen, sondern trotz alledem mit Leichtigkeit zu leben - damit hat sich Annemiek Leclaire beschäftigt

Der Mond scheint hell durch mein Dachfenster. Doch statt selig zu schlafen, starre ich an die Decke und bekomme vor lauter Sorgen kein Auge zu. Eine Mischung aus Angst, Pessimismus und Selbstvorwürfen hat mich befallen, sowohl in Bezug auf mich selbst als auch auf die Lage der Welt. Obwohl ich in meinem Nachthemd gerade rein gar nichts ausrichten kann, mache ich mir Sorgen wegen eines umfangreichen Arbeitsprojekts, das wie ein Berg vor mir liegt, frage mich, ob meine Kinder im Stillen unglücklich sind und ob meine Mutter nach einer schweren Operation wieder laufen können wird. Hinzu kommen Ängste wegen der beunruhigenden Nachrichten aus der Welt: Krieg, Klimakatastrophen und politischer Extremismus dominieren nicht nur die Schlagzeilen, sondern in diesem Moment auch meinen Kopf.
