Unter jungen Leuten gibt es einen neuen Trend. Er heißt Silent Walking. Im Grunde ist damit einfach nur gemeint, dass man zu Fuß draußen unterwegs ist, ohne dabei einen Podcast oder Musik zu hören oder zu telefonieren. Beim Silent Walking lässt du deine Kopfhörer einfach mal zu Hause – und das Handy am besten gleich mit. Denn dann gibt es nur noch dich und die Geräusche um dich herum. Die Idee stammt von der US-amerikanischen Influencerin Mady Maio. Sie fand es zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig, ohne ihr Mobiltelefon rauszugehen. Doch dann stellte sie fest, dass sie durch die Stille öfter in einen Flow-Zustand gelangte, der ihr guttat.
