» EIGENES GEMÜSE ZU ZIEHEN HAT VIELE VORTEILE Dein Gemüsegarten ist ein wunderbar nachhaltiger Vorratsschrank. Kurz bevor deine Gäste klingeln, kannst du noch Kräuter schneiden, leckeren Mangold ernten oder frische Salatblätter. Zeit, die wir im Garten verbringen, hilft dabei, einen chaotischen und hektischen Alltag mal zu unterbrechen. Mit beiden Händen in der Erde zu wühlen lässt uns zur Ruhe kommen. Es ist darüber hinaus sehr erfüllend zu beobachten, wie ein Saatkorn über die Zeit zu etwas Essbarem heranwächst. Du weißt, was du isst, nämlich Bio-Gemüse, und alles ist bewusst saisonal.
