Die Tränen kommen, obwohl Olia Hercules sich wehrt. Die Tage seien hart für sie, erzählt die ukrainische Köchin via Zoom. Damit die Angst nicht gewinnt, kocht sie ukrainische Gerichte. Die Rezepte teilt sie in ihrem neuen Kochbuch. Du wurdest in der Ukraine geboren. Wie gehst du mit der aktuellen Situation um? Ich tue alles, damit mein Kopf und meine Hände beschäftigt sind. Ich koche mit Freund:innen und habe den Rahmen meiner Küchentür mit ukrainischen Mustern bemalt. Außerdem bin ich bei #CookForUkraine aktiv. Das Projekt hast du kurz nach dem Angriff auf die Ukraine mit der russischen Köchin Alissa Timoshkina gestartet, um Spenden zu sammeln. Und unseren Teil beizutragen!
