HOW DO I GET ONE?

Well, there’s the rub. Every normal gun nerd naturally wants an HK UMP of their own. I maintain a 07/02 manufacturer’s FFL that allows me to build and sell custom precision rifles and sound suppressors. My business partners and I are actually pretty good at that. As a sweet side effect we also get to maintain an inventory of Title II firearms as samples for government agencies. This UMP was a police surplus trade-in from a SWAT team. For those unwilling or unable to shoulder the hassle, expense, and inconvenience of managing their own gun business, there is a convoluted alternative.
