(8 personer) 175 g mørk chokolade 75 %125 g smør2 tsk. instantkaffe2 store æg150 g lyst rørsukker1 tsk. vaniljesukker110 g hvedemel1 tsk. bagepulver2 spsk. syltet ingefær1 spsk. mandelflager4 modne pærer Smelt grofthakket chokolade og smør ved meget svag varme. Rør kaffepulver i, og køl blandingen let af. Pisk æg, sukker og vaniljesukker lyst og luftigt. Bland mel og bagepulver, og sigt det i. Rør hakket ingefær og den smeltede chokoladeblanding i dejen. Smør springformen med smør, og drys kanterne med mandelflager. Fordel brede pærebåde i bunden af formen, og hæld dejen ovenpå. Bag kagen ved 185° i 35-45 minutter. Afkøl den let i ½-1 time, og løsn ringen på springformen.…
