(4 personer) 4 æbler50 g marcipan50 g smør½ tsk. vaniljesukker50 g mandler1 æg2 spsk. sukker2 dl piskefløde Skær toppene af æblerne, og læg dem til side. Skrab forsigtigt kernehuset ud uden at ødelægge æblet. Riv marcipan og koldt smør, og tilsæt vaniljesukker og hakkede mandler – gem lidt til servering. Del ægget i hvide og blomme. Pisk blomme og 1 spsk. sukker til en lys creme, og vend i marcipanblandingen. Pisk æggehviden med 1 spsk. sukker, til det er stift, og vend også det i blandingen. Fyld æblerne med marcipanblandingen, og saml med æbletoppene. Bag dem ved 200° i ca. 30 minutter, til de er møre. Servér de bagte marcipanæbler med flødeskum og de resterende hakkede mandler.…
