PÆRE-NOUGAT-MUFFINS med frosting

(12-15 stk.) 225 g marcipan225 g rørsukker150 g smør + lidt til formen3 æg75 g hvedemel2 faste pærer150 g blød nougat Frosting: 125 g smør200 g flødeost naturel75 g flormelis1 usprøjtet limefrugt2 spsk. syltet ingefærEvt. spiselige blomster  Bland fintrevet marcipan, rørsukker og blødt smør. Rør 1 æg i ad gangen, tilsæt mel, og rør dejen glat. Smør muffinformene, og fyld dem ¾ op med dej. Tryk pære- og nougatstykker ned i dejen. Bag muf-finsene ved 200° i ca. 15 minutter, og lad dem køle helt af. Kagerne er meget bløde, til de har sat sig.  Frosting: Rør smør, flødeost og flormelis sammen. Bland fintrevetlimeskal og små ingefærtern i, og rør let. Fyld massen i en sprøjtepose, og fordel den på toppen af kagerne, lige før de skal serveres. Pynt evt.…
