10 stk. Glutenfri boller med boghvedemel 4 æg
350 g skyr
230 g glutenfri havregryn
100 g boghvedemel
2 tsk. bagepulver
2 spsk. flydende honning
1 tsk. stødt kardemomme
1 tsk. stødt kanel
1 tsk. salt
 Pisk æg og skyr sammen i en skål. Tilsæt havregryn, mel, bagepulver, honning, kardemomme, kanel og salt, og rør det hele sammen med en ske til en ensartet og jævn dej. Dæk skålen med et rent viskestykke, og lad dejen hvile på køkkenbordet i 15 minutter. Tænd ovnen på 200°, og beklæd en bageplade med bagepapir. Dyp 2 skeer i vand, og brug dem til at forme 10 store, rustikke boller af dejen. Fordel bollerne på bagepladen, drys evt. med lidt havregryn, og 
bag dem gyldne i ovnen i 
20 minutter. Lad dem afkøle helt på en bagerist. Grydebrød med havregryn og…
