Kram overskydende væske fra den optøede spinat. Pisk æg let, og bland dem med mælk, olie og spinat i en skål. Bland de 2 slags mel, salt og bagepulver sammen i en anden skål. Rør de 2 skåles indhold sammen, og bag vafler af dejen.
