VEGETARISCH ZUTATEN für 4 Portionen 50 g Zartbitterschokolade 200 ml Schlagsahne 40 ml Milch 15 g Zwieback 1 reife Birne 2 Tl Zitronensaft 2 Tl Vanillezucker 1. Schokolade fein hacken. 20 ml Sahne und Milch aufkochen, Topf vom Herd nehmen und die Schokolade unter Rühren darin auflösen. In eine Schüssel füllen und abkühlen lassen. 2. Zwieback fein zerbröseln. Birne schälen, vierteln, entkernen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Mit dem Zitronensaft mischen. 180 ml Sahne und Vanillezucker steif schlagen. Sahne, Zwiebackbrösel, Birnen und etwas Schoko-Sauce abwechselnd in vier Gläser schichten. Restliche Schoko-Sauce extra servieren.
