Building an engine, especially a high-performance engine, requires knowledge, attention to detail, and precision. Sure, we have known guys who cut corners, neglect critical checks, and just bolt an engine together and get away with it—but, just as often, they don’t. If you neglect the critical checks, the unknowns pile up, and the potential for trouble escalates.
