EL ESTADIO DE ATHLETIC CLUB sabe a gloria desde que el nuevo restaurante San Mames Jatetxea abriera sus puertas en el icónico espacio rojiblanco. Este proyecto, del grupo Sodexo, ensalza la cocina vizcaína de la mano de Fernando Canales, el chef con una estrella Michelin y dos soles Repsol en el Atelier de Etxanobe. El cocinero apuesta aquí por recetas tradicionales vascas actualizadas, con platos como el ajoblanco, las anchoas a la brasa, zamburiñas o buñuelos de bacalao con pil pil. Además, contará con una zona showcooking donde se impartirán cursos de cocina con cena una vez al mes.
