Braucht es in ländlichen Regionen also ein Auto? Ist die Fortbewegung mit dem Lastenrad dort pure Utopie? Vier Familien berichten

Das Lastenrad Brunhilde Peter (Sohn 6): „Mein Sohn und ich sind vor einem Jahr aus Bremen aufs Land gezogen. Da hatte ich noch überlegt, ob wir jetzt wohl ein Auto brauchen. Aber wir fahren jeden Tag zwei bis drei Stunden mit dem Lastenrad: in den Kindergarten, einkaufen, zu Musik- oder Sportkursen. Manchmal fahre ich damit auch nach Bremen, das sind circa 20 Kilometer. Unsere Brunhilde macht alle Wege mit. Den E-Motor habe ich selbst nachgerüstet, das war billiger. Ich mag es, dass ich mich während der Fahrt mit meinem Sohn unterhalten kann.
