Danke, Großer! Natürlich hat sieh mein Körper nach zwei Schwangerschaften verändert. Allem voran der altbekannte Beckenboden. Wobei: So altbekannt war er mir gar nicht Erst mit 19 in der Schauspielschule habe ich mich zum ersten Mal bewusst mit ihm beschäftigt, als wir ihn für unsere Stimmtechnik trainieren sollten. Und dann kam BÄM die erste Schwangerschaft. Doch statt mich um meinen Beckenboden zu kümmern, hatte ich mit Babyblues zu kämpfen: Also wirklich keinen Nerv für Aufzug- oder Grashalmzupf-Übungen. Und dann zweites BÄM - war ich wieder schwanger. Und nach der Geburt alles anders: Ich spürte, wie schlaff mein Beckenboden war.
