Alleinerziehend, aber nicht allein

In Deutschland gibt es rund 2,6 Millionen Alleinerziehende. In fast jeder fünften Familie lebt also nur ein Elternteil mit den Kindern zusammen. Wie fühlt es sich an, tatsächlich alleine für alles im Alltag verantwortlich zu sein? Was ist schwierig, was ist schön? Und vor allem: Was gibt Kraft?

Dossier Alleinerziehende Urlaub auf dem Ponyhof! Eine wirklich wunderschön gelegene Pension in der Mitte Deutschlands, frisch gekochtes Essen und laut Reiseveranstalter perfekt für Singles mit Kind. Das Klang genau richtig für meinen Sohn und mich. Er war knapp zwei, und sein Vater und ich hatten uns ein halbes Jahr zuvor getrennt. Ich war alleinerziehend! Was das bedeutete, wurde mir allerdings erst nach und nach klar. Lange Wochenenden, komplett allein mit einem quirligen Kleinkind. Übergaben, bei denen mein Ex-Freund und ich uns bemühten, nicht zu streiten. Und eben im Sommer 2017 der erste Urlaub zu zweit. Mit Buggy, Kind und Koffer beladen stieg ich nach rund drei Stunden Fahrt in einem winzigen Örtchen aus dem Bus. Gülle. Es roch nach frisch gedüngten Feldern. Und auch der restliche Urlaub verlief etwas anderes…
