Unsere Autorin war mit ihrer dreijährigen Tochter auf einem Festival. Und sie würde immer wieder mit ihr hingehen – egal, was die anderen sagen

Festival mit Kind Vor gut einem Jahrzehnt stand ich allein mitten auf einem Festivalgelände und sah mich um. Erwachsene Menschen schlugen Purzelbäume, ich blickte auf imposante Bühnen und Gebilde aus Schrott und Stoff. Ich hörte mitreißende Klänge, lautes Lachen und fühlte die leidenschaftlichen Tänze der Leute. Es roch nach Falafel, Sekt und Schweiß. Alle diese Eindrücke habe ich in mir aufgesaugt, im Angesicht der Vergänglichkeit. Denn irgendwann bist du zu alt für all das, dachte ich. Spätestens wenn du Familie hast, ist das alles vorbei. Dann macht man so was nicht mehr. Warum, wusste ich nicht – und das war mir in dem Moment auch egal. Ich ging tanzen. Jahr für Jahr kam ich wieder zu diesem Festival: dem Fusion in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, inmitten der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte, auf einem alten Militärflugplatz.…
