Vier Ideen, mit denen eure Kinder in der Vorweihnachtszeit entspannen können

Tierisch müde Was ist euer Lieblingstier? Besprecht zusammen, wie sich das Tier bewegt und in welcher Position es sich ausruht. Und dann geht's los: Jeder macht „sein“ Tier in Aktion nach, also den majestätisch schreitenden Löwen, die blitzschnelle Schlange oder den fröhlich dahinhoppelnden Hasen. Werdet irgendwann immer langsamer, denn euer Tier wird müder und müder, bis es sich schlafen legt –so wie ein Löwe, ein Hase oder eine Schlange eben schlafen. Einige Minuten ist es ganz still. Psst… WO KLING ICH? Für euer Kind heißt es zunächst: bequem auf die Couch kuscheln und Augen schließen. Und dann ganz genau hinhören.
