Zeit fürs Familien-Frühstück

Ein gemütlicher Osterbrunch ist ideal, um mit Kindern gemeinsam Zeit am Esstisch zu verbringen. Und ganz egal, wie schön Brötchen, Osterbrote und Co geworden sind – Hauptsache: selbst gebacken!

Familienessen FÜR ALLE AB 8 MONATE Brötchenring Zutaten für 16 Brötchen Zubereitungszeit 1 Stunde plus Kühlzeit 70 g Sultaninen • 30 g Hefe • 1 TL Zucker • 150 ml lauwarme Milch • 570 g Mehl • 2 TL Salz • 2 1/2 EL Öl • 50 g ital. Kräuter (TK) • 2 EL Hagelzucker 1 Sultaninen in einer Schale mit kochendem Wasser übergießen und 10 Min. einweichen. Hefe zerbröseln und mit Zucker in Milch und 150 ml lauwarmem Wasser auflösen. 2 Mehl und Salz mischen. Hefemilch und 2 EL Öl zugeben und alles mit den Knethaken des Handrührers gründlich verkneten. Sultaninen abgießen und gut abtropfen lassen. Den Teig halbieren und unter eine Hälfte die Sultaninen, unter die andere Teighälfte die Kräutermischung kneten. Beide Teige abgedeckt 10 Min. gehen lassen.…
