A GRIEVING Belhar family has been hit with a double blow after 26-year-old mom Thamlyn Clarke was shot and killed inside a car outside her house on Tuesday night in De Waal Drive. The woman, known to her family and friends as Tammy, was sitting outside her home with her boyfriend, brother and chommies listening to music when an unknown gunman claiming to be lost opened fire on them at around 8.50pm. Her heartbroken mother Evelyn Clarke said this is a tragic loss for the family as they lost Tammy’s father just four months ago to suicide.
