Andrew's aide told 'spy' case statement not secret

The statement was written by Andrew's aide Dominic Hampshire, and formed part of businessman Yang Tengbo's attempts to resist being excluded from the UK.
Then home secretary Suella Braverman decided to evict Yang in 2023 on national security grounds.
Yang denied doing anything wrong or unlawful and challenged the decision at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission last year.
His appeal was unsuccessful.
But at a hearing in February, media organisations asked for disclosure of documents from the SIAC challenge, including the statement from Hampshire.
In a ruling yesterday, three judges said it could be disclosed.
Mr Justice Bourne said in the ruling: "Comments about Mг Hampshire's work with the Duke might seem embarrassing or indiscreet, but they are not such that a legal duty of confidentiality attaches to them.
