The panel, which included comedy legends, a Love Island-er, a newsreader and an Olympian, met to choose our 2025 Pride of Scotland champions. It took three hours for basketball hero Kieron Achara, reality star Paige Turley, newsreader Kelly Ann Woodland, and hosts Elaine C Smith and Sanjeev Kohli-to narrow down the field.
Helping out were Julie Lamberth, Board of the Royal College of Nursing, Andrew Watt chief officer of the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, Services, David Dick, editor-in-chief of Reach plc Scotland, Pride of Scotland editorial director Shiraz Lalani and panel chair Michelle Lineker, head of Studio Live at Reach Plc, which produces Pride of Scotland.
Winners were chosen in seven categories - Child/Teen ager of Courage, P&O Cruises Inspiration Award, Emergency services, Lifetime Achievement, Special Recognition and Outstanding ...
