The presenter split from partner Ben Ofoedu in 2023 over claims he cheated on her.
Vanessa was asked about her weight loss in a new interview.
She said: "It’s a broken heart - that put me right off my cake. I also had a well publicised gastric bypass in 2019 which I never tried to hide, but now regret.
