They had visited the hotel in Loch Lomond last Sunday and spent £40 on coffee and cakes.
Charlie, who has a tracheostomy, is receiving end of life care at nearby Robin House Children's Hospice.
But furious Scots slammed the hotel after a scathing post by the tot's uncle went viral.
Reviews for the hotel have now been switched off in a bid to stop people commenting who are not patrons.
