Big Brother bosses hoped Georgia, 38, would agree to take part in the celebrity series, which kicks off on STV on April 7, and spill her marriage problems.
But sources told our sister paper The Mirror that Georgia wants to keep her domestic life private and focus on her family, particularly son Cooper, six.
The source said: "She's heartbroken but she’s dealing with it in her own way, away from the cameras and headlines.
"She's never been interested in the spotlight when it comes to personal matters.

The source said ITV and Georgia's teams had meetings but her appearance could not be finalised. One industry insider said a six-figure sum was on the table. Georgia has been lying low since the footage of Danny, 39, and Maura, 34, kissing came out, cancelling an appearance at The Baby Show last weekend.
