Passport price soars to £94

Online application fees will rise from £88.50 to £94.50 and from £57.50 to £61.50 for children. Applying by post will go up from £100 to £107 for an adult.
Those in a hurry and needing a one-day service will pay out an extra £14.50 on top of the current £207.50 cost.
