Shares plummet at struggling online retailer Asos

The e-commerce firm’s share price has dropped by a third in the last month and by half since the start of the year. It fell more than 15% in the last five days alone, down to 233p. However, it closed yesterday at 241.20 — down 3.5%.
In April 2021 it hit a high of 5,772p. Analysts blamed a general downturn, affecting fellow retailers boohoo and Pretty Little Thing.
