Our test set is striking, with its Emerald ‘Rig Reflect’ lens giving a purple tint to the outside world. Optical clarity and contrast is excellent, though the outer lens surface was quite prone to smearing. There are 12 options of varying colours and light transmission, and the lenses can be replaced. Two clasps slide back to release the lens, and it comes away easily by squeezing the nose bridge. The frame uses a central pillar to connect the nosepiece to the frame.
