While the road-focused Speedplay cleat system is quite pricey and complicated compared to the Look Keo or Shimano SPD-SL systems, it has highly adjustable cleat and float systems (0 to 15° of float, compared to a more normal 6°) and double-sided entry. The spring tension on the cleats is fixed, but you can buy ‘easytension’ versions for £49.99.
