PRESENTED BY The runaway success of our first Rider of the Year awards in 2023 meant the decision to bring it back again this year was a simple one. Held in our Bristol office with our stablemates Mountain Biking UK – who once again wielded the star power, with some of the world’s top off-road racing talent either in the room or appearing on the big screen – and BikeRadar.com, the nominations and winners in Cycling Plus’s categories reflected our inclusive approach to cycling – otherwise ordinary folk and unsung heroes with a story to tell from their bike.
