I know the lives of pro cyclists always look hunkydory on Instagram, like an endless highlights reel of good times. So me and my wife Georgina started a podcast to stub out that image and give some hardcore facts on what the life of a pro rider with a family is really like. And it’s a sh*t show! Every day we combine mundane family events, like our son Gino’s sleepless nights, with a sprinkle of ‘cycling crazy’. Pro riders are not robots.
