Brown Sugar-Glazed Salmon Makes 6 servings There’s a good chance you’ll already have the majority of this recipe’s ingredients on hand in your fridge and pantry, so pick up some salmon fillets, molasses, coleslaw mix, cilantro, and whatever else you’ll need, and you can cook up this easy and delicious dinner in no time. Brown Sugar Glaze (recipe follows)6 (8-ounce) salmon fillets2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 clove garlic, thinly sliced1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix½ teaspoon kosher salt⅛ teaspoon ground black pepperHot cooked rice, to serveGarnish: chopped fresh cilantro Preheat oven to 375°.
