Baselworld had brought together everyone associated with watches. It provided brands with the platform to tell their stories in the right environment, and it allowed us to receive full product feedback from both our media and sales partners. Without the fair, we see the need for brands to innovate their business models, revolutionising after more than 100 years of tradition. From now on, you have to know how to be responsive to different situations. That said, I think the watchmaking industry has adapted very well.
