Oris goes back to basics and gives its staple Aquis collection a glow-up with a few clever tweaks.

The first thing to notice about the new Oris Aquis Dates is how seamless the dials look. Then, the realisation hits: all the date discs are coloured to match the dials if they are a singular colour, and if not, as close to the primary colour of the dial. It’s a small refinement but one that has a big impact on the visual consistency of the watch. And it comes at a significant cost to the watchmaker. Not only is the Aquis its best commercial collection, but it also has one of the most product variations in Oris’ entire lineup.
