One of the challenges of being based in Finland is that you are a long way away from the industry and your peers and clients. So, watch events are crucial for me and, I believe, for many other small creators. After 20 years in the business, I have clients all over the world, but I’ve never met many of them, even some of the collectors who acquired my watches very early on.
