Randi Eriksen and Alain Zoller run paraglider test house Air Turquoise in Villeneuve, Switzerland. The business is 10 years old this month I first flew when I was a student in 1995, but I didn’t have much money so I had to wait until 1999 to get my licence. I got a job, and then I got paragliding lessons! I learnt to fly in Hemsedal, Norway, which is where the biggest school in the country is. My first glider was a pink Edel Atlas. Now I have a Gradient Aspen 3, and Sky Kea for lightweight flying. My harness is a Kortel Karmasutra, which I like because it gives you two positions for flying, and a lightweight Skywish from Sky. Alain started flying in 1985. His first glider was an Ailes de K Randonneuse.…
