Croûtons CAPONATA ET PARMESAN VÉGÉ DONNE 12 CANAPÉS PRÉPARATION: 15 MIN CUISSON: 10 MIN 1 Pour la caponata, dans un poêlon, chauffer à feu moyen 1 c. à thé (5 ml) d’huile d’olive. Retirer le poêlon du feu et ajouter ¼ c. à thé (1 ml) de vinaigre de vin rouge. Saler et poivrer. Réserver. 2 Garnir 12 croûtons de 12 tranches fines de parmesan et de caponata.
